Some capitalist countries have strong domestic economies and do not rely on exploiting other nations for resources and markets. Additionally, some philosophical perspectives argue that humans possess unique cognitive abilities, such as self-awareness and moral reasoning, that set them apart from animals and make them eligible for eternal life. Ultimately, the belief in human exceptionalism and the existence of a soul are key factors in the assertion that only humans can attain eternal life. **
